He was predeceased by: his son Larry Wayne Lee; and his siblings, Talmadeg, Tracy Lee, Diedra Lee Wilson and Leerema Lee Legge.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Lee of Morgantown, KY; his children, Lena Allen (Mark) of Morgantown, KY, Ricky Lee (Penny) of Morgantown, KY, Dewayne Lee of Morgantown, KY and Richard Lee (Teresa) of Morgantown, KY; his sister Winona Lee Justice of Morgantown, KY; his grandchildren, Trenton Lee, Zach Lee, Brittany Mason, Eric Beller, Kerra Sykes Odgen, Kelsey Allen, Patton Allen, Tyler Joe Lee, Ethan Lee and Chase Lee; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Layla, Rayna, Bristol, Levi, Kennedy, Walker, Gage, Holden, Della, Tara, Tylie Lou and Theo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
