She was predeceased by: her parents, James Luther Powell and Cora Elizabeth Courtney Powell; her husband John Combs; and her sisters, Nadine Willett and Charlene Hargrove.
She is survived by: her sons, David Markham of Morganfield, KY and Darren Markham of Morganfield, KY.; her granddaughter Misty Moreno (Anthony) of Little Rock, AK.; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Oliver Moreno.
