He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert L. Rudd and Marion Rudd; and his sister Judy Howard. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Ann Rudd of Morganfield, KY; and his son Tommy Rudd of Morganfield, KY. He is also survived by Nieces and nephews.
