She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Thomas and Gordon Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Angie Marshall (Paul), Missy Fox (Todd) of Henderson, KY, James Greenwell (Kimberly) and Shayne Greenwell (Shanon) of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren 4 Great Grandchildren.
