He is survived by: his wife Tena Reynolds of Morganfield, KY; his daughter Samantha Reynolds of Morganfield, KY; and his sisters, Patsy Frederick of Sullivan, KY, Betty Shoemaker of Henderson, KY, Linda Clark of Uniontown, KY and Sue Cagle of Henderson, KY.
