He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond B. Sr. Loxley and Stella Loxley. He is survived by: his children, Frank Loxley (Kristen) of Georgetown, KY, Steve Loxley (Mary Kay) of Morganfield, Paul Loxley (Cindy) of Morganfield, David Loxley of Grand Rivers, KY and Jan Stone (Mike); and his siblings, Jim Loxley and Phyllis Carinci. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren 8 Great Grandchildren.
