She is survived by: her husband Tom Lewis of Morganfield, KY; her son Richard Moser (Becky) of Charleston, IL; her grandson Josiah Moser of Charleston, IL.; and her siblings, Connie Heuser (John) of Murray, KY, Bonne McNeely (Sam) of Murray, KY, Linda Willett (Charlie) of Waverly, KY, Robin Owen (Darrell) of Corydon, KY. and Tony Bickett of Morganfield, KY.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
