She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Henshaw and Evelyn Henshaw; her husband Charlie Duncan; her sons, David and Randy Duncan; her grandson Daniel Duncan; and her siblings, Judy Holt, Ida Jo Dayberry, David Henshaw and William "Boo" Henshaw.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Waverly, KY Memorial contributions can be made to John Paul II Catholic School.
