She is survived by: her husband Raymond Mack, Jr. of Morganfield, KY; her children, Wendy Mack of Morganfield, KY, Mary Ann Mack of Morganfield, KY and Raymond Lee Mack III of Morganfield, KY; her grandson Nash Mack of Morganfield, KY; and her brothers, William Rose of Morganfield, KY and Robert Rose of Morganfield, KY.
