She is survived by: her husband William Debose of Morganfield, KY; her daughters, Tammy Holtzclaw of Carmi, IL, Michelle Reynolds of New Haven, IL, Rhoda Mattingly of Evansville, IN and Donna Debose Thompson; and her siblings, Dottie Cook (Jerry Lovern) of Morganfield, KY., Tommy Russelburg (Debbie) of Morganfield, KY, Jerry Russelburg of Morganfield, KY, Danny Russelburg (Penny) of Sturgis, KY, Richard Russelburg (Teresa House) of Mt.
