She was predeceased by: her parents, Valley Rowley and Esther Rowley; her husband Roscoe Jenkins; and her daughter Marina Jenkins Dean. She is survived by: her children, Billy Plum of Morganfield and Beverly Jenkins of Morganfield; her son-in-law Gary Dean of Sturgis; and her brother Bill Rowley of Palm Desert, CA.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren.
