He is survived by: his children, Daniel Willett of Cadiz, KY and Wendy Willett of Morganfield, KY; his siblings, Bobby Gayle Willett of Clay, KY, Vicky Willett and Linda Dunlap of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Valerie and Elwood Buckman; and his nieces, Lisa and Debbie Private.
