He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Brack and Cornelia Brack (Mildred "Sissie" Brack); and his siblings, Marvin Brack, Bill Brack, Paul Brack, Dorothy Brack, Vickie Posey and Pauline Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Charla D. Brack Ellis of Union County, KY, Kenneth W. Brack of Evansville, IN, Brandon S. Brack of Henderson, KY and James Cates of Indianapolis, IN; his brothers, Bobby Brack of Texas and Glenn Brack of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Jaycob Ellis, Julie Brack-Dillon, Preston Simmons and Andrew Simmons. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
