She was predeceased by : her parents, Franz Pejsek and Josefa Pejsek; her husband John F. Coffman; her daughter Jean Beck; and her sister Gertie Simeth (Bert).
She is survived by : her daughter Mary Ann Smith (Rick) of Lexington, KY; her son John Coffman, Jr. (Marsha) of Owensboro, KY.; her nieces, Edna Eger (George) of Austria and Christa Dibio of Austria; and also Freddie. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren 11 Great Grandchildren 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to John Paul II Catholic School.
