He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Manning and Mildred Manning; his wife Jeanette (Hosman); his siblings, Pat (Mary Ann) and Charlotte Padget (Keith); his sister-in-law Rosie Manning (John); and his close friends, Sissy, Heidi and Fritzi.
He is survived by: his children, Kay Davis (Scott) of Carmel, IN, Debbie McClanahan (late Gary Tom) of Henderson, Chris (Jane) of Lexington, Michael (Amy) of California, Nina Moore (Damon) of Morganfield, Sturgis and Joseph Gerald "Joe" Manning Jr. (LeeAnn) of Madisonville; and his brothers, Sam (Patty) of Arizona and John Manning of Illinois. He is also survived by his 14 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.
