He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Dyer and Anna Mae Dyer (Fenwick); his siblings, Buel Aloysius Dyer and Eva Clare Stone; and his former wives, Charis Clements Dyer and Mickey Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rose Watson of Morganfield; his daughters, Becki Dyer of Nashville, TN and Helen Dyer O'Daniel (Rick) of Henderson, KY; his brother James Perry Dyer (Julie) of Chino Hills, CA; his grandchildren, Shawna O'Daniel Evans (Ethan), Kelsey O'Daniel (Charissa), Keegan O'Daniel and Kolby O'Daniel (Mary Anne); and his stepsons, Stephen Watson (Jean) and Paulie Watson. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, four nephews.
