He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Naas Adams of Morganfield, KY; his children, Laura R. Shirel (Jeremy) of Morganfield, KY and John Adams (Lyndsey) of Lexington, KY; his sister Shirley Mercer (Richard) of Sturgis, KY; and his grandchildren, Lilly Shirel, Wilson Shirel and Abigail Adams.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Whitsell Funeral Home - Morganfield (250 N Court St, Morganfield, KY 42437). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
