He is survived by: his father Philip Wayne Sullivan (Pamela) of Morganfield, KY.; his wife Soccorro Fleming of Morganfield, KY.; his son Jashaud Fleming of Henderson, KY.; his grandchildren, Mylan Fleming of Metropolis, IL and Memphis Lee Fleming of Henderson, KY; his stepchild Marqualio King of Morganfield; and his siblings, Melodie Fleming of Cincinnati, OH, Katrina Cobb (David) of Henderson, KY, Tyesha Sullivan of Morganfield, KY, Nichelle Sullivan of Morganfield, KY. and Philip Wayne Sullivan, Jr. of Morganfield, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
