He is survived by: his wife Judith Troutman of Morganfield, KY; his stepchildren, Charla Duncan of Robards, KY, Robert Noblit of Morganfield, KY and Jeanna Ramage (Michael) of Morganfield, KY; and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Troutman of Brandenburg, KY and Sue Troutman of Brandenburg, KY. He is also survived by his sister in Kansas; 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
