He is survived by: his daughters, Lora Berry (Larry) of Morganfield, KY, Jama Mackin (Defraine) of Shepherdsville, KY, Emily Kraft of Kingston Springs, TN, Julie Bauer (Jay) of Bend, OR and Adrienne Buckman of Elizabethtown, KY.; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Mackin, Abigail Mackin, Cameron Kraft, Grace Mackin, Lauren Kraft, Riley Kraft, Audrey Bauer, Dylan Berry, Nichole Berry Ratley and Nicholas Berry.
