He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Casey and Elmer "Punch" Casey; and his siblings, Charles Casey, Tresa Parker and Vicki Burklow.
He is survived by: his son Daniel Casey; his sisters, Kathy Campbell of Morganfield, Betty McGill of Henderson, KKY and Velma Seats of Dawson Springs, KY; and his grandchildren, Autumn, Brendalynn and Dustin Casey. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
