He is survived by: his wife Shigeko Duncan of Morganfield; his sister Cecilia Gooch of Grand Rivers, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Janet Gass (Wayne), Kenny Trowbridge (Rosemary), Bobby Trowbridge (Jeanie), Vicky Welborn and Patti Hughes (Jimmy). He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; and several great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
