He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Scholz; his children, Jason Leonard (Rhonda) of Henderson, KY, Greg Scholz (Jen) of Cincinnati, OH, Regina Scholz Aman (David) of Oakgrove, KY and Krista Scholz of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Branden, Jason Leonard, Ashley Traylor, Faith Brock, Johnathan Dorminey, Jadyn, Savannah Aman, Andy, Megan and Mikey Scholz; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Leonard (Betty) of Norfolk, VA and Bill Leonard (Barbara) of Carlisle, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
