He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Hazel and Elsie Hazel; his former wife Missy Gunter Hazel; and his brother Sonny Hazel. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Hazel of Morganfield; his children, Brittany Jepsen, Jesse Hazel, Dylan Gunter, Dalton Gunter and Jacob Christison of Lexington, KY; and his sister Sheila Hazel of Morganfield. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren.
