She was predeceased by: her parents, Hanley Alvey and Philomena Alvey; her husband Bernard "Sweet Pea" Cavins; and her siblings, Raymond, Virgil Alvey, Mary Lois Ramirez, Irene McBride, Margie Alvey and Helen Alvey.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Cavins of Morganfield, KY, Matt Cavins (RaDonna) of Spottsville, KY, Danny Cavins (Melissa) of Morganfield, KY., Janice Ashby of New Albany, IN, Brenda Lee of Morganfield, KY, Cathy Arnold (Andrew) of Pride, KY, Sandra Cavins of Sturgis, KY, Beverly Martin (Ronnie) of Providence, KY, Vicky Cobb of Sturgis, KY and Becky Vincent (Gary). She is also survived by 24 Grandchildren 40 Great Grandchildren 1 Great Great Grandchild.
