He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Howard and Wanda Howard; and his sisters, Ellen and Linda. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Thorp of Florida, Brock Howard of Henderson, KY, Chris Wolfe of Morganfield, KY, Jason Wolf of Morganfield, KY and Letitia Wolf.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Eddie Howard Memorial Fund at Whitsell Funeral Home.
