She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Henshaw and Edna Abell Henshaw (Paul Thomas); her son Mark Francis Thomas; her granddaughter Miranda Thomas; and her siblings, George C, Joe, Harold Henshaw, Mildred Henshaw, Helen Ray, Mary Catherine Henshaw and Louise Clements.
She is survived by: her husband Paul R.; and her daughters, Pat Lilly and Carolyn Plummer of Richmond, KY. She is also survived by Grandchildren 9 – Great Grandchildren.
