She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Alice Dodge Davis and Roy C. Davis; her daughter Doris Ann Pruitt; her grandson Heath Kanipe; and her sisters, Ruth Fein, Helen Omer and Margie Lofton.
She is survived by: her husband Dorris Cunningham; and her daughters, Susie Bender (Steve) of Henderson, KY and Carol Harker (Tom) of Morganfield, KY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Lucy Smith King Care Center, 2410 South Green St., Henderson, KY 42420.
