He is survived by: his wife Brenda Collie of Morganfield, KY; his daughter Cindy Faye Wurth (Kevin) of Paducah, KY; his sister Linda Ford (Jerry) of Murray, KY; his grandchildren, Matthew Wurth (Renee) and Lesley Crider (Luke); and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Erica, Owen Wurth, Molly and Anna Kate Crider.
