He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harper and Barbara Harper; and his brother Mike Harper. He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Harper of Morganfield, KY; his sons, Ramon Harper of Columbus, OH, Charles Harper and Shannon Smith Harper; and his granddaughters, Brittany Huebner and Heather HarperA.
