He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Casey and Mabel Casey; and his sister Theresa Parker. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Casey and Jonathan Casey of Clay, KY; and his siblings, Betty McGill, Cathy Campbell, Velma Seats of Hopkins County, KY and James Casey of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
