Higgs and Joyce Clark (Jay); his wife Mary Higgs; and his children, Sherry Jones, Bill (Paula), Carey (Amy) and Brandon (Janna).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dustin, Lacey, Marissa, Kaleb, Alex, Tory, Ethan, Isaac, Lincoln, Hallie, Hannah, Bryson and Brynne; his great grandchildren, Adynn, Evol, Merical, Josiah and Judah; and his close friend Ines Velez of Morganfield, KY.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Whitsell Funeral Home - Morganfield (250 N Court St, Morganfield, KY 42437). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
