She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Simpson and Hazeal Joyce Edds Murphy; and her siblings, Monica Hazelwood and Noah Murphy. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Stewart of Morganfield, KY; her children, Elise Wagoner (John Caudill) of Clay, KY, Addonis Roy (John) of Nebo, KY and Wally Stewart (Jill) of Slaughters, KY; her grandchildren, Brent Stewart, Ashley Whitledge, LaDarra Jackel, Layden Wagoner, Talon Roy and Hunter Roy; and her great grandchildren, Slade, Blake Whitledge, Claire, Max, Luke Stewart and Tallulah Rose Jackel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
