She is survived by: her husband Ray Mattingly of Morganfield, KY; her children, Pam Collins (Jeff), Donna Cohron (Pete) and David Mattingly of Henderson, KY; her grandchildren, Travis Collins, Logan Collins, Ashley Collins, Chris Cohron and Josh Cohron; and her great grandchild Ellie Faith Collins.
