Cornwell of Morganfield, KY; her children, Jennifer Thornsberry (Gary) of Sturgis, KY, Paula Horne (Gary) of Evansville, IN and Ronnie Cornwell (Linda) of Morganfield, KY; and her brother Ray Mattingly of Morganfield James. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 11 great grandchildren 4 great-great grandchildren.
