He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Sr. Flannery and Virginia Leach Flannery; his grandson Christopher Rudd; his brothers, Browning Flannery and Jack Flannery; his son-in-law Scott Frantz; his sisters-in-law, Daisey Flannery and Mary Ann Flannery; and the mother of his children Marcella.
He is survived by: his children, David Flannery of Sidney, OH, Donna Frantz of Bradford, OH, Patricia Winlaw (Michael), Connie Rupe (Greg) and Tami Weaver (Dave); his grandchildren, Travis McKinney, Megan Cantrell, Austin McKinney, Lexi McKinney, Brittney Harvey, Samantha Hafer, Alexandria Bashore, Shanda Havens, Jadaya Flannery, Paisley Flannery, Heather Flannery and Shawn Weaver; his great grandchildren, Hannah Rache, Brantley Havens, Hudson Hafer, Kingston Bashore, Caden Harvey, Colton Harvey, Rylan Cantrell, Auston Cantrell and Alaina Trusty; his brothers, Johnny Flannery (Sherry), Harry Flannery (Cathy), Troy Flannery, Jr. and Dennis Flannery (Marietta); his sister-in-law Margie Flannery; and his friend Buster. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
