She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Skaggs and Elizabeth Goodman Skaggs; and her siblings, Charlie Skaggs, George Skaggs, Mona Smith, Bertha Fouts, Nora DeBord, Ellen Barker, Mary Cox, Ruth Moore, Eva Fannin and Jean Boggs.
She is survived by: her children, Lorilea Conyer (Scott) of Louisville, KY and James Allen Stegall (Brenda) of Sandy Hook, KY; her grandchildren, Brittany Crum (Lee), Brandon Stegall and Elizabeth Conyer; her great grandchild Brilynn Crum; and her sisters, Ezel Moore (Cleo) of Olive Hill, KY and Shirley Lewis of Olive Hill, KY. She is also survived by extended family, friends.
