He was predeceased by: his parents, William Claude Fannin, Jr. and Ruby Lee Kegley Fannin; and his siblings, Joseph Talmadge "J. T." Fannin and Connie Crisp. He is survived by: his wife Kay Utterback Fannin; his children, Tori Earlywine (Adam) of Morehead and Andy Fannin (Ramona) of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Kaden Earlywine, Reece Earlywine, Kinsley Earlywine, David Fannin and Samuel Fannin; and his siblings, Michael Fannin (Kay) of Morehead and Joan Sergent (Charlie) of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and many friends.
