He was predeceased by: his father Clester L "Booge" Armstrong; his brother Preston Armstrong; and his brother-in-law Rick Bradley. He is survived by: his grandsons, Samuel Duke Armstrong and Hudson Chase Armstrong; his wife Kathy Adams Armstrong; his son Harrison Chase Armstrong (Kimmy Alderman) of Clearfield; his grandson Duke; his mother Freida Armstrong of Clearfield; his siblings, Butch Armstrong (Debbie) of Morehead, Stefan Armstrong (Anna) of Morehead, Debbie Mikell (Larry) of Lucasville and Yvonne Bradley of Morehead; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Armstrong of Morehead, Kenny Adams and Chuck Adams (Teresa).
