He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Lee Warren and Ethel Little Warren; and his siblings, Etta Darlene Warren Wooten, Richard Warren and Allen Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Whitt Warren; his children, Tony Warren (Michelle) of Morehead, Danny Warren of Morehead, Mark Warren (Pam) of Morehead, Cynthia Elam of Morehead, Tammy Warren (Todd Hamilton) of Sparta and Amy Johnson (Stephen) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Dalton Warren, Tamara Walton, Tyler Warren, Ashley Archer, Kristie Sloan, Cody Elam, Mandy Elam, Taylor Hamilton, Tanner Hamilton, Caleb Johnson, Jasmin Johnson and Justin Hatfield; and his brothers, Murvil "Red" Warren of Morehead, Claude (Warren) of Morehead and Jeff Warren of Morehead. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
