He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Glen Curtis and Myrtle Johnson Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Reffitt Curtis; his son Michael Curtis of Atlanta, Georgia; his granddaughter Lauren Curtis; and his brother Harold Curtis of Owingsville.
