Wilford Ray Allen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilford Ray Allen of Morehead, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Wilford Ray shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Wilford Ray farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene Smoot Allen Hamm; and his brother Chester Ray "Junior" Hamm. He is survived by: his father Bill Allen of Ewing, Kentucky; his wife Heather Ann Allen of Maysville, Kentucky; his siblings, Dreamma Barton of Maysville, Christina Jolley of Ewing, Charles Ray Allen of Flemingsburg and Billy Joe Allen (BJ) of Jeffersonville, Kentucky; and his stepson Joseph Ray Dodson of Maysville. He is also survived by three grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Price Brothers Funeral Home (5197 Elizaville Rd, Ewing, KY 41039). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
