She was predeceased by: her parents, Merida Waddell and Glenna Porter Waddell; her husband Clyde Mays, Sr.; and her daughter Juanita Mays. She is survived by: her children, Clyde Mays, Jr. (Lynda Carol) of Morehead, Kentucky, Terry Mays (Sherry Elaine) of Morehead, Kentucky and Dianne Wilson (Woodrow) of Winchester, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Julie E. Cantrell (Justin), Chelsea Ann Mays Carter (Tyler), C. J. Mays, Clyde Douglas Mays (Tish), DeAnna Lynn Collins (John), William Patrick Mays (Nicole) and Jeffrey Scott Mays (Allyson); and her brother Raymond Waddell of Olive Hill. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; as well as extended family, including her church family, and many friends.
