He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Denton Gregory and Sylvia Brown Gregory; his wife Pam Goodman Gregory; his daughter Melissa Raye Thomas; and his siblings, Donnie Gregory and Betty Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Leadingham, Jr. (Hannah) of Morehead and April Carreon of Morehead; his siblings, Bobby Gregory (Sue) of Morehead and Odema Buckner (Ray) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Jesse Thomas, Kaleb Thomas, Kaitlynd Thomas, Kirsten Carreon and Kyland Carreon; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Ray Leadingham and Kennedi Leadingham (Debbie Goodman Stamper) of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
