It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warner Dean Skeens of Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elden Stirl and Anna Lee Thomas Skeens; his siblings, Gregory Skeens and Carolyn Skeens; and his father-in-law Ronnie Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Jami Perry Skeens; his children, Angie Derrickson of Morehead and Jeff Skeens of Minnesota; his siblings, Johnny Skeens (Nancy) of Martinsville, Virginia and Linda Skeens of Morehead; his sister-in-law Barbara Skeens of Pikeville; his mother-in-law Sandra Perry of Morehead; his grandchildren, Skyler Lewis, Cody Lewis, Cayden Skeens, Jace Skeens, Zoey Skeens and Collin Harrell; and also Leelah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
