He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Gwen Haas (Todd) of Sellersburg and Eric Gullett (Amber) of Falls Branch; his granddaughters, Amanda and Olivia; and his siblings, Roger Gullett (Onedia) of Ashland and Judy Yates (Kelly) of Ashland, Kentucky..
