He was predeceased by: his parents, Ercel Maggard and Beulah Lewis Maggard; and his siblings, Ella Mae Maggard Johnson, Lloyd Maggard and Bill Maggard (Emma).
He is survived by: his nieces, Mary Maggard of Olive Hill, Jama Arthurs (Moe) of Olive Hill and Sheila Sloan of Olive Hill; and his nephew Rodney Campbell (Denise Adams). He is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews; nine great-great nieces and nephews, as well as numerous extended family and friends.
