She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Boyd and Sarah Alice DeBord Boyd; and her siblings, Beulah Ball, Edna Tabor, Roy, Dewitt, Ralph and Raymond Boyd.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky D. Lewis (Debbie) and Mark A. Lewis (Brenda); and her grandsons, Frank Jacob Lewis of Morehead, Ricky Dalton Lewis of Morehead and Matthew Alan Lewis (Skyler) of Morehead. She is also survived by extended family, including her church family, and many friends.
