He is survived by: his wife Salena Marie Lewis; and his siblings, Lacy Lewis, Jr. (Kelsey) of Concord, Brenda Kay Conn of Ohio and Ann Henderson (Terry) of Morehead. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
