He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Austin Davis and Myrle Marie Hargett Davis; his wife Julie Jett Davis; and his daughter Kelly Jo Lucas. He is survived by: his sons, Austin Phillip Davis of Morehead, Justin Dakota Farris Davis of Olive Hill and Steve Nichols of Olive Hill; and his siblings, Jeffery Davis of Olive Hill, Wendell Davis of Olive Hill, Randy Davis of Olive Hill, Austin Davis of Ohio and Irma Thomas of Morehead. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
